Receive your own personal health report!

We’ve submitted Arrow UK to the competition to find out how healthy we really are. All you need to do is complete a survey at the relevant link below, it will take around 15 minutes. Once we’ve had all the submissions, Britain’s Healthiest Company will assess Arrow as a whole and we’ll share the feedback.

Spotlight on... MIS

You may have noticed that there have been a few changes to the team structure in MIS recently. The team is now part of one single Pan-EMEA organisation in support of a number of business growth strategies.

There has been some movement in Application and Systems Support, you can view the various organisational charts here.

However, the main team you will all need to be aware of is desktop support as they are the people who assist you the most day to day. There are a number of European colleagues who now join the UK staff in reporting to Russell Hinds – please familiarise yourself with the team below.

Best of luck to everyone in their new roles and responsibilities and thanks to everyone involved in the recent migration.


New From HR

As we are now nearly half way through 2015, we just wanted to remind everyone to check your holiday balance and manage your entitlement appropriately to avoid any days remaining at the end of 2015. Please remember that as per the holiday policy, no carry over will be allowed into 2016, so please ensure you use your entitlement in a timely manner to avoid disappointment at the end of the year.

When checking your holiday balance, please remember to change the effective date in Workday to 31/12/2015 to ensure this takes into account any future days booked. If you require a refresher on how to do this, please see the user guide available on the intranet here.

Our new Shared Parental Leave Policy is now available for employees and details can be found on the intranet here.
