On Friday, Thomas Norman completed his 100th 10K in as many days, finishing his challenge in Paris on Friday night.
Over the last 3 months he’s gone out and run 10K every single day - despite suffering from injuries, fatigue and the lovely North Yorkshire weather.
Thom took on the challenge to raise money for the Yorkshire Cancer Research and has raised an amazing £1000 so far! It would mean a lot to him if you could contribute to this fantastic cause.Donate Here
Congrats to the ArrowFit cyclists who took part in the Brands Hatch 24 hour relay just last weekend.
In a phenomenal effort for first-timers, they placed 21st out of 55 teams! After spending a full 24 hours cycling they completed 179 laps, 435 miles and 51,000ft of climbing.Join ArrowFit
Thanks to all that participated and made it a great day, and also to everyone that contributed to Cancer Research UK via the just giving charity page. The team made their target and more! That’s fab news.
The course was much tougher than anticipated, longer with way more obstacles. From swimming in ice cold river waters, to trudging through muddy swamps and trenches, climbing 6m ropes and jumping (not quite) over 8m walls, sliding down mud hills, crawling under barbed wire, carrying logs and up to 50kg atlas stones!... it was challenging to say the least.
The Arrow team raised more than £600 - well done!

An Arrow Flag snap from Julie Gelsthorpe. The photo shows Julie's daughter Stephanie at the top of a mountain (snowboarding) in Queenstown, New Zealand. She was feeling literally "on top of the world" - her boyfriend Stewart had just proposed to her!
