This one-day workshop has been designed to educate Arrow channel partners on the basics of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC and Social Media marketing.

The workshop includes:

  • Integrated Digital Marketing and why it is important
    • Summarising best practise for SEO, PPC, Social, PR and content
  • Digital Marketing Infrastructure
    • Based on everything discussed in the first half of the session we will look at the technology and systems required to be able to support integrated digital marketing channel activity, this will include:
      • Centralising customer data
      • Achieving a single customer view
      • Define personalised and relevant engagement strategy
      • Tools and infrastructure

The interactive workshop will allow delegates to take some real actions away from the workshop sessions so that they can implement it within their businesses immediately.

The content has been prepared on the basis that everyone has a reasonable understanding of SEO, PPC and content marketing. There will be elements of interactivity within this section of the day that will allow attendees to get involved with the session.
