So with this in mind we asked you, our channel partners, to tell us about marketing. We’ve compiled some of the highlights from that survey and provided you with some insight on how we can help you.
We know you are under pressure from a resource perspective. Over half of respondents told us that they don’t have a marketing ‘team’ per se. It can be hard to meet the needs of your customers and keep up to speed with new trends in marketing when you are on your own. Arrow can help with you with our end-to-end marketing support.
Over 50% of respondents told us their biggest marketing challenges were managing data, conversion of leads and producing consistent and engaging content. You confirmed that social and digital marketing have now been widely adopted in the channel. In fact 87% of you are already doing it.
It’s not all plain sailing though as 44% of you told us that you weren’t sure that social media was actually working and that finding ‘your own voice’ and ‘the time and resource required to create content’ were both difficult.
